Problem is the custom shape is being made by this shop -- there is no mold.

I'm still waiting, and getting more pissed every day, for the shop in Texas to finish their work. It now has been over six months. This guy is full of promises but never delivers. This time, he was supposed to finish the work by the end of March. It's April, isn't it?

I can certainly understand your frustration, and I'm sure you'll keep us informed. Is the shop in Texas your only outlet for the kind of work you need have done? As with any supplier / retailer who 'specializes' in bad service, it may very well be time to go elsewhere.

Good luck - I will remain the patient, potential customer for this product when it becomes available....

Hurry up and wait!!! One of the most valuable lessons learned in business today!

We are instituting performance clause guarantees with a lot of our less than reliable vendors to counter act this problem. OK, you promise it to me in so much time....heres what I will pay you if you can hold your promise...if it slides away from that date ....so does your compensation!

The shop in Texas let me down again this week. They promised shipment by the end of last week. We've reached another week and nada.

This has to be the worst run and most unreliable vendor I've ever encountered. Their word is simply no good, and they are little more than a string of broken promises. They never answer my phone calls, and it's only luck when I reach them on the phone. They have no web site and no email. I regret that I took LAS2K's advice to do business with them. He may be able to get results from them, but I sure can't.
