D2 coilovers
Does anyone know much about these coilovers, meaning does anyone have personal experience or supported claims about the quality, performance, etc of them?
Here is a link for more info:
D2's at Evasive
Evasive has a good price on them (839 shipped I think), and I was wondering if anyone knows if these are rebadged (like the megans are rebadged apexi).
Any info would be good, thanks guys

I know the F2 (Funciton Form) is rebadged D2's...From what I heard, D2 makes their own coilovers.
Does anyone have personal experience with them or know someone who has?
I asked a vendor of D2, and he states that they are comparable to Tein Flex coilovers...pretty much the same thing. Its a little cheaper because the D2's are made in Taiwan, while the Teins are made in Japan.
Also for D2, when I talked to the guy, stated that they currently have no US support, meaning that revalving or shock repairs have to be sent out (most likely to Taiwan) to get it done. While for Tein's you are able to get all the work done in the US.
I mean if you are just going for the drop, and spend most of the time on the street, with a few spirited drives in the mountains or whatever, D2's should be plenty good enough. I know other honda peope, not S2000's, have ran the D2's on the track and they liked them. The build quality is pretty nice as well.

This contradicts what you said though after talking to your friend... Huh do you know anything about Evasive's statement as far as it's validity is concerned?
