hte seats are either a recaro or a recaro style. you'll notice that the pole position seat has those same harness slots.
as far as reclining racing seats there's a few series being produced... bride was the first, but recaro has also followed up with their own series. they're really freakin' expensive though. are you sure you want?

Looks like a Porsche to me.
Check out the Bride Gias. It is carbon fiber like that one and reclines. One of very few reclining seats that fit well in the S. Expensive, but cheaper than the ones pictured above
