If u do, be careful. Cops out here in cali check. Fines are very high if we get caught. I took mine off. I heard we may be able to take the heat shield off our stock cat and put it around a test pipe to hide it.

 

lol on my wrx i got 700$ of pollution tickets on my way to pay off a muffler ticket................... the moto cop behind me saw a flame peek out of its butt while i was coming to a light under load

 

I know in southern California if you get caught with no cat your in for a $3k ticket, maybe reduce if you kiss the judges butt. Smog city don't tolerate this like other cities. I guess my best bet is high flow cat.
