damn it!
Well I was sitting in my room when my mom enters almost in tears.. "Your sister hit your car" .. at first I was like "wha?" and then proceded to go out.. and sure enough my dumbass sister had backed out of the drive way.. or wait i shouldn't say that i was parked basically beside my stepdad's explorer(just a little bit behind it) .. and hit my car.. it first looked like she hit my drive's side mirror.. and then continued to scrap my door and all the way thru till my rear driver's side fender which has a few creases in it. So yah.. my S2000 not even 10days after I drove it home for it's first time.. is cosmetically bruised. I was just wondering what people might think the cost to repair this is.. I'm for sure it will need a new side back panel.. and mostlikely a new door panel.. plus paint and labor.. Any help/input extra would be appreciated.. and yes i realize this is a horrible day :(( Thanks for your help -gage
your talking about atleast 2-3k dollars of damage. make sure you give your sister a good kick in the A@# for ME!!
i can imagine how you feel right now -->
but dont worry... once the car is fixed then -->
remember you probably havent even hit VTEC yet.

Just a suggestion, but I'd drive those extra 150 break-in miles myself before taking the car in to the body shop. I would not want to risk that some bondo-slinger would take it for a 9000rpm joy ride with 450 miles on the odometer.

I know how you feel. I brought my Miata home from the dealership and three days later my sister put a small crease in the front fender with her SC 400 door. I got mad for a second and then realized that it was my sister and I will never put my car between the two of us and that I could have it removed by Dent wizard, which she reimbursed me for.
I say put the anger aside and get to the buisiness of getting it fixed.
At least you now have some serious leverage against her.
But don't bludgeon her with the guilt
