okay i stopped by hopkins honda over on el camino for the seat belt recall / gear grind...

they said they can do the seat belt as soon as i make an appointment, but the grind would have to be 'inspected'. hmm...does this mean they'll drive around for a few hundred miles trying to get it to ggrind?
it only grinds occasionally...what the hell do i do...any of you bay area boys know a better dealer to visit? thanx

 

Anderson Honda in Palo Alto. They have been great with me so far (very customer service oriented), although I haven't gotten the gearbox done yet. I believe they have, however, fixed the box on another member's S2K. I haven't heard how that operation turned out. Hope that helps.

 

I took my car to Los Gatos Honda, they did the 1-2 grind repair. They are terrific over there, very helpful and always looking out for your best interests. Talk to Sue or Chuck (service manager)
