Dark, cold days
Snow, cold, freezing rain, more snow, frigid temps... That's pretty much been the weather for a month now in Indianapolis.
I've only driven the S2K one day in the last month or so. It's killing me to see it sitting in the garage.
I know this was going to happen, but that doesn't make it any easier.
Sorry, just wanted to vent.
Have a great holiday!

Trust me, its better to keep it in the garage all season...I just slid from Chicago to Detroit this weekend - it took me 2-days a total of seven hours - I had the stock tires on - after sweating bullets, having heart pulpitations, and creating an ulcer - i feel i have a certain need to KILL my local weather man!

I was just emailing a friend today that I've put zero miles on my S2000 in the last fifteen days! The day time temps have been about 15 F and the night time temps have been below zero F. The odometer is stuck at 535 miles. It had 18 on purchase date, 4 November, 2000.
Lucky me! I have a winter VTEC ride: '93 Prelude with front wheel drive, a 2.2 L engine, snows at all corners and the VTEC rush at 5000 rpm.
Sure it is just a five speed. Sure it only has 190 ponies. Sure its top stays fixed. At least, it has the same torque and same weight as the S2000. Plus it has room for skiis or a bike rack or a trailer hitch.
I'll make it through until the winter breaks a bit, but it is hard. My S2000 agreed to lend the Prelude its Valentine One for my run to the xc ski area today.

I completely understand what you are feeling. I have only driven my S2000 home from the dealer and that was just 6 miles. My sales guy even followed me home to help push it up a small incline so I could get it in the garage. The waether here has been terrible and the temp in the teens to single digits. Maybe we'll get better weather in a couple weeks. Until then, in the garage the S2000 sits!!!!
