Default That Darn Rubber Thang!!

I just came back from English town for drang racing. This was my second time and i'm having trouble popping the clutch because the rubber on clutch pedal. I had to push the clutch with my toe and on my third run, i accidentally sliped the clutch before I was ready.

How do you guys pop the clutch? Did anyone took off that rubber thang to pop the clutch?

By the way, so far my best is 14.440. I think I can do better next time without that rubber thang!!

cheers,

I just tried to remove rubber thing on the clutch pedal and it was too hard to remove it.

Does anyone know how to remove it? If I remove this, can I put it back?

thanks in advance for your reply.

Maybe you could clip something on the clutch pedal that is slick enough to slide your foot off easily. Someone needs to design such an item for easy launches.

I agree.

I even thought about clipping rubbers on bottom half of pedal.

I wonder if there's better solution
