WTF!!!!!!

DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR ANYWHERE UNTIL OIL IS IN IT!!!!

The dipstick in most cars can be dry, and you would still have about 2 quarts. So if the oil light didn't come on, the motor should be fine. Put oil in until the dip stick show full, If you put three or more quarts in, then it's time to call the dealer complain, and maybe extend the warranty.

Next determin if the car holds oil. Is there a puddle under the car from adding? No, then start the motor. Now is there a puddle? If so, shut it down and TOW it in. If it appears to hold oil, then check it daily for the next week or so.

You may still want to call and complain, but this sort of thing happens all too often...

make the dealer work, do not put oil in it call the dealer and tell them what they did. then tell them ur not touching the car and they will have to come out and look at it or have it towed. there could be something wrong with it now or it could be just fine.never the less u dont want to much time to go by cause the dealer could say that there was nothing wrong with itwhen it left the dealer, and u must have done something to it to get a new motor.it depends on how good the dealer is.

I wouldn't do anything to that engine until the dealer takes a look at it.
Hope you the best of luck.
