Dealer Service ratings
My passenger window decided it didn't want to go back up this morning (AFTER I get to work, of course) so I will probably need to have the window motor and/or relay replaced. The dealer I bought the car from is 110 interstate miles away - not a drive to be made without a passenger side window. There are several closer dealers, but I don't know how good any of them are. My question - is there a way to find out how good dealer service departments are on the net (or from American Honda)? I'd like to take it to a decent place since I bought the car from a different dealer.

I think step one in this case is to check the power window switch that disables the passenger window. 99% of the time flipping the switch that was accidentally toggled fixes this problem.

Stupid question (my manual is sitting at home) - where is this switch?
I washed my car last night, so this might make sense.

Perhaps we need a "Dealer Service" forum. It could enable people could post there experiences, or rate various dealers. I think there are enough "Does anyone know a good dealer in XXX" to make it worthwhile. Grouping such posts together would make searching for dealers in an area easier.

Rex: Good idea. Not sure how many sub groups we'd want though - too many (and too specific) groups might make the site harder to use.

Yay, figured it out.
I think I found a new pet peeve about my car though - the old one was the remote dangling and hitting my knee.
