Well it does use a different weight then all other Honda. So it is not "On Tap" and comes in the Bottle. But "Special" is is not.

My oil changes cost $19.95 at Sherwood Honda in Delray Beach, Florida. I would question that price.

"is dealer trying to rip me off??"

Is a frog's ass watertight?

Does a one-legged duck swim in circles?

Of course he is trying to rip you off! It is an auto-dealer!

Not sure how it works in NJ but in California I think it's required the cost of labor and simple maintainance like oil changes be posted.....special oil?...give me a break.....if that's the case I'd bring my own oil and ask them to change it for me.
