At least yours isn't that bad, I agree with these guys, it seems so hard to keep nice things these days. Heres mine https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...T&f=1&t=612934
I don't get it myself, I am 16 and I run into this problem coming home from school (Not work in the summer cause don't go the stop sign way). Are people seriously so impatient they can't calmly pay attention to whats going on in both directions in front of them? I've had people be like, "Oh! That guy in front of him is turning! CHANCEEE!"
Stop means stop, not floor as soon as you think you have a metal shield in between you and the car behind the shield 0_o, cause that shield leave in about 2 seconds.

It doesn't look to bad. It is hard to tell but did the fender get any damage? Obviously new suspension parts and a rear bumper and wheel. Could have been allot worse. If they do have to change any parts make sure that they transfer that VIN sticker to the new parts. Find a good shop and it will be good as new in no time.
Good luck.

Thanks guys. The driver's dad was trying to give the insurance company some bull that it was my fault, but after they saw the intersection on google maps they realized he was at fault.
assuming that the father has common sense about the intersection and that he didn't fall for his son's lies, he should have no reason to try and lie for his son. that's not teaching him very good values.
i definitely dun want to judge that dude, and i know kids can be a pain (i am one, afterall... well not really, but close). but if they do something wrong, they have to take responsibility and not try to weasel out of it.
