DAM I feel like I bought a lemon, I have had a couple of issue's with the car:

clicking when fully turned(fixed TSB)

both latches rattling(replaced)

driver side trim (replaced but now it's worst)

driver door panel arm rest pops (fixed)

stuttering engine idle

the main issue I'm having with the car is the transmission

1st day I got the car it made a hard thumping noise when I put it in 1ST gear
brought it back to the dealer I purchased it from tried to fix it. and they actually made it worst

brought it to another dealer they replaced all kinds of item's and it still makes a clunking noise when I put it in 1st gear

I've been driving stick since I got my license even my girl's car is a stick so their's no driving issue

I drive aggressive but not aggressive enough that it breaks
just looking for some reassurance that I didn't buy a lemon and that Honda service department's just don't have enough experience working on the S

I love the car this is the first car I bought with my own money and I'm at the point of trading it in help me out S2KI

 

Man, I'm sorry to hear all of that. I'm guessing that it was used? Did you test drive before you bought the car?

Get as much of the work you can covered under warranty and see where that gets you.

 

oh man...with all these problems i think i might be a lemon
sell the car to the dealers and buy another s2k from a different dealership if they cant seem to fix your problems

 

buy an EVO IX MR or new 07/08 G35 like me and sell the s2k!

 

i bought the car in juloy 05 for 35K after tax with 18 miles i hate to let it go, but for 720$ a month(ouch) i didnt think i would run in to these problems
I mean cmon it's a freaking honda!!!!

 

is the clunking noise a problem? I think my car makes a noise when i put in into 1st too.

 

I won't comment on the rest of your car's situation, but this clunk may not really be a problem but merely something you don't quite understand. Have a look at this:
