I bought my car in March of this year for MSRP. I could have sworn that MSRP was around $32,300 plus $440 for destination making the total price $32,740. Well, I just went to the Honda.com website and saw that MSRP is now $32,740 and with the $440 destination charge added the total price is now $33,180 . Is this right?? If so, I guess I got a better deal than I thought!

Honda Clear-Lake is selling them for the same price you quoted:

32,740 + 440

I just went there today. They are selling a 2001 Black/Black with both spoilers/strakes/hardtop/chrome rims for $50,000 smackaroos!

Silver,
I definately think that you got a good deal now!

I got mine 2 weeks ago for $32,740 in NJ. I was in FL a few weeks prior and went to a dealer and said they just sold a used one for 37k and the new ones were going for 39k...

I ordered my 2000MY June 6, 2000. The sticker that came with when it arrived August 31 at the dealer was a flat $32,000 with a destination charge of $440.

Yahoo - Autos has the MSRP of the 2001 at $32,300.

I would say it is slowly creeping up there.

Is that 50K figured at the current dollar-smackaroo exchange rate?

The 2001 MSRP is $32,300 + $440 destination charge = $32,740

VAS2K-

I'm sorry to inform you but you are wrong. If go to Honda's website at http://www.honda.com and look for the S2000 and click on prices. The current MSRP price is $32,740 and then you add the additional $440 for destination. Go check for yourself! No hard feelings here just wanted to make sure you were aware of the facts.

I'll make it a little easier for you, click here, http://www.honda2001.com/models/s2000/msrp.html
