I didn't do that, but it is good advice. I actually ordered mine and had never even sat in one. I was going to wait until mine was built and arrived before I even sat in one let alone drive one, but Mrs. GM3 made me go test drive one before mine arrived. Afterward I told I didn't need to do that and she agreed. We both agreed it was the right car.

Man, seriously if I were the OP I'd jump on that as fast as possible. Especially if it was the color I wanted. Hell, even if it wasn't my favorite color I'd strongly consider it.

Before I baught my S i checked out a 350z. Even thos they were the same price 17500, 350 had a lots of more option to it... Track, premium sound, advanced car alarm system(door habdles shaved 
). I still loved the S little bit more... and before that, I drove it once when my firend was to drunk to drive it. I wanted to buy an S at a start of a summer but I searched the good deal on it and baught my00 S2000 NFR with 12k miles on it for 17500!!!! Just search the net and find a good deal. And find what makes you happy cause you will be the one who will enjoy the ride, not some one on the forum board!

I love my Z, and I love the S2000 equally. I always think it's funny when someone says that they "love their S2000/350Z" but that the other one (the one they don't own) is a piece of shit.
Obviously anyone who loves cars can appreciate what both of them have to offer...and they can pick the one that fits their lifestyle more appropriately.
