Default Difference in service manuals?

I have the Honda factory service manual. Is the Helm one better or do people just not know how to get the Honda one? It's only around $50. I can give out the info to get it if people want it.

The Helm Manual is the factory manual. Helm is the Honda authorized publisher of it. The info on how to get the factory service Helm manual can be found in any S2000 owners manual towards the rear under "Authorized Manuals".....by the way there are three of them:
1) Service Manual 61S2A01
2) Electrical Troubleshooting Manual 61S2A01EL
3) Body Repair Manual 61S2A610
