I've had that link bookmarked for quite sometime, a lot of what he says makes sense. I used that break in method on my new YZF-R6 and haven't had any problems *crosses fingers*.

When I get my new S2000, I'm probably going to follow manufactures instructions, the difference being a 30k car versus an 8k bike lol. Did all of you follow the break in exactly as prescribed by Honda ?

Yeah it's a repost and most people stick to the manual recommendation when breaking in their motor. I waited longer. My first vtec was at 1022 miles.
