Default Digrappa x-brace available again: Group buy for production run of 25

Sometime tonight or tomorrow morning, we'll start taking orders for Digrappa x-braces again, which have not been available for about 6 months.

We're offering a group buy for 25 braces on a first-come, first-served basis. Production began today and the braces will be ready to ship in 4-5 weeks. The price remains the same as for earlier GBs: $299 for the brace, plus $20 S&H. The braces will come with special high-strength mounting bolts and will be powder coated black. For an extra $30, they can be powder coated in red, yellow, or silver.

The design of the brace has been slightly modified to strengthen the four mounting points. The four arms taper out a bit at the ends, and the cone-shaped tips will be welded on.

Here are two CAD drawing of the modified design and a few photo of a polished brace from the last production run:

I've been waiting for so long that I just found another source.
The price was a little higher than Spoon's.

Sorry.

We upped the production run to 30 and they were finished today. They go in for powdercoating tomorrow and will ship next week. Of the 30, 21 have been ordered and paid for, so 9 will be available for immediate shipment next week.

i have a brand new rick's brace (the stiffer, improved version with two horizontal bars instead of the one horizontal bar of the digrappa brace), never installed.

i paid a premium to get this, but i might decide to sell for the right price. pm me if anyone's interested.
