read about it in my sunday local paper, www.disklok.com is the address. anyone have any experiences with this product ? plus/minus ? It's not cheap at $140. What other popular anti-theft devices people are using ? Thanks.

I doubt you'll really need something like this. The immobilizer should prevent anyone from driving off with your car, and if someone wants it bad enough, they'll flatbed it, and won't need the steering for that.
