Default DO i need need rotors

After driving my S2k for a little while i started realizing a squeaky sound coming from my brakes so i changed all my pads and resurface my rotor, now instead of the squeaky sound i hear a clicking sound everytime i brake from the rear. What should I do? Should i change the entire rotor disc because the ones i have on right now are aftermarket slotted brakes. New Help Asap to fix problem because i can't stand the clicking sound.

If its only been a few mi. since the new brakes and resurfaced rotors, and your not "feeling" any problems. Let them set before you do anything! Can you describe the clicking more?

NVM about the clicking, now it's screeching again. it sounds like my pads and rotors are rubbing very hard together to make that sound. If i do buy new rotor is the diameter 11.8?
