yea i am planning on getting wheel locks. but it always runs in the back of my mind that these locks would just piss the theifs off and therefor cause them to ruin things rather than take them. convertables a really easy to cause damage to, on swift slit and thats near 500 bucks + your own or someone elses labor to fix. sucks all together. oh well, we do what we can. i'll get some wheel locks and one of those alarm systems that have the auto start/sensor to know when or if people are messing with your car. best i can think of.

Park mine outside, no problems. A few cars in my parking lot have been egged and I always think my BB will be a target, but so far so good (xxx knock on wood). I do worry about it sometimes, but bottom line is its just a car and can be fixed/repaired/replaced.

I leave mine outside in a portable garage, which is basically just a tent for the car, seems to work pretty well. When I'm at school it's in a parking garage.

i go to school in philly and park my car on campus (it isnt a completely gated off campus). but there is good security here, and i park the car right next to the security camera. the parking security guy said id have a greater chance at getting my ass beat walking to the dining hall than having my car stolen.

I live in a town that I really do not have to worry too much....but I garage it anyway. There is no way I am leaving her outside for ANY reason. It sits outside when I am at work...and that is too much for me.

dont know why someone would just steal two front stock s2000 wheels though unless they were going to put it on an s2000 themselves.
The front S2000 wheels fit in other cars like RSX as well

i leave it outside all the time, as i don't have a garage.

i live in a nice part of town, though, and full coverage insurance + immobilizer + no major mods + lojack = no worries for me

I wouldn't buy an S2000 if I didn't have a garage.

Hardtop for sure.

I'd buy something else if I were you... M3, G35, SLK350 / 55amg.

$250 deductible is one thing... paying the car payment on a car that's undrivable for 1-2 months is another.

Not worth the hassle IMHO.

As others have stated, I wouldn't have bought a new S2K if I didn't have a garage, I wouldn't have bought any new car without a garage, not only for theft/vandal reasons, but weather reasons.. in the midwest there are lots of hail storms, and my second car is living proof of that
the S2k is always garaged, and stays home in the weather
