Do your headlights have the "dust" look when your HID's are on?

If you have both an entrance and an exit (the exact reason I recommended removing more than one bulb, then the majority of the dust should follow the airflow out of the housing.

There is no moisture in the canned compressed air which is exactly what I recommended. If you're worried about moisture, then shoot them and leave the backs open overnight so any moisture can evaporate.

I've done this before. When I got my new housings, the shipper had packed them in styrofoam peanuts, many of which had found their way inside the housings. I did exactly what I described to get the styrofoam particles out of the housing. No problems at all.
