LOL NO!

I had a friend just call honda to schedule a service appointment for the S. They asked.....

"um, what do you mean by S2000? is it an accord, civic?"

Avoid that dealer.
Next, they will rotate your tires and they may like to flush your power steering fluid and use automatic transmission fluid in your S tramsnission.

I'm happy they don't have the auto off headlights! My previous car had all that electronic stuff, auto wipers, auto headlights, auto this and auto that, but sometimes it had a life of it's own. The less electronics, the less troubles you can have with it! All jou really nead IMO is a good engine, a good engine, a nice transmission, a well engineered chassis and did I mention a good engine... I'm glad I have an S2000

Not all dealerships hire mechanics who don't know how to fix cars. The sad part is most do though.

Honda puts auto-off lights in the Pilot. They could in the S2000 too, but it's not designed for lazy people. Cheers.

Can anyone please explain to me why you would want your doors linked to your headlights? Or more specifically why you would want your door to unlock when your headlights turn on.

Sure does ... leave the headlights on with the car turned-on and the engine not running and your lights will automatically dim and finally, completely extinguish after five or six hours. Luckily the dealer didn't charge extra for that option. Maybe you should ask your dealer to disable the auto-dim feature ... come to think of it, maybe auto-dim was a description of the dealer.
