I am going to get a rear diffuser for my S2000. I really really like the bad to the bone look of the Top Secret one... plus it looks the most 'usefull' out of all i have seen.

I would like to know:
Will it fit with my stock exhaust?
Do I need to cut my rear bumper?

I am ok with drilling holes and such for mounting... but it almost looks like I have to take a chunk out in the middle of the rear bumper
