I am wondering if you can use the same proceedure on the face of the dash as on the earlier consoles to make it look like chrome. Does the dash panels by the switches have the same coating that can be removed to give a matching effect as the console? I bought a 2000 console and removed the paint around the shifter to make it look like chrome and would like to do it to the area around the radio controls and A/C Any help?:drive
