Tonneau cover. Someone was selling theirs here for $20 a few months ago.

I'm so confused, is yours the yellow one? They both look the same, isn't that how the car looks without the soft top. I think what you are asking is I want something to cover up this area, and that is called the tonneau cover like Not Sure said. I am not making fun of your english, I am just trying to clarify what the photos are for, if they are referencing something I'm missing.
The s2000 CR edition came with a tonneau cover so you can go either OEM or an aftermarket one.
OEM:
$300 aftermarket variation
It looks like it will have to be painted for it to not look weird.
If you have no soft top, unless you live in an area where it never rains, you should get a hardtop.

I'm not talking about the tonneau cover. I just uninstalled the soft top, so the area behind the seat I want something cover up like in the picture.

I installed the mugen hardtop, if I put the tonneau cover on I won't be able to put my hardtop on~
