Do you think is easy to install?
Any special hardware?

That tray is stock in every S2000. It is not something you need to buy unless yours is missing.

Like others have said you should have it unless the previous owner took it out.
if you want to re-install, its not hard at all. it goes into the place and fasten with screw like clips.

Does anyone know if the Soft Top Tray works with the CR roll hoops? The CR roll hoops have some kind of bracket that hold the upper cover ( batman looking thing ) LOL.

I'm currently using a Tonneau to cover up the empty area.

thats just oem soft top tray i put mine back in when i did away with soft top..
