I can't believe my password still works...

Sold the car in January. I sold it to Carmax for around 30k, took it to them with the rear end going south (again!). That was the final straw for me. It's still on their lot, any prospective buyers should steer clear

I remember my car made 211 to the wheels at it's best. The exhaust gave me a nice rumble, and saved me a lot of weight in the wallet K&N was the best bang for the buck, but the Mugen header made the biggest difference (6tq, 4hp midrange). Good to see the ole crew is still at it Whats up Pinky!

The money from the car has gone a long way. I bought a beater CRX for 1500, and bought a Civic for 6500 bucks. Paid off some bills, and invested some (Bad timing on my part). The Civic came with a motor swap (GSR), leather, nice wheels, and a custom paint job. Nothing fancy, just nice and clean. It'll suit my needs when I've completed building it. I have a fully built motor going in, Hondata modified fuel/ignition management ECU, Quaiffe differential, and a ball bearing turbo charger. I'll be using a Bosch pump, RC Engineering 440cc injectors, and the block should be good to over 20psi on the street. A good conservative guess would be 350hp to the wheels on pump gas and 15psi. I'm shooting for 12.50's on drag radials without nitrous/race fuel, full interior. With slicks, my nitrous/water setup (intercooler spray bar trick), race gas, and the boost pushed to 20psi, it should be good for 11.70's or better. Total into the car would be 14k including the car, shooting on the high side. That's the plan anyway... It has a full coilovers, a rear sway bar, and it handles very well also - but not as good as the S2k of course.

Anyway, that's the insight into my world. I'll be checking this thread off and on. If you wanna shoot the breeze, email me at vapor.trail@gte.net. Adios!

Hey dude, it's really good to hear from you again! Glad that you're still up to your car stuff Maybe I can get some advice off you if I decide to get the beater through the Honda/hybrid route?
