Does anyone run with a bra?
I prefer bicycling over running, and I'm not a girl so I don't wear a bra... but I'm not sure how this has anything to do with rock chips on your car
Seriously though if I were to install a bra on the car it would be a 3M clear bra like Fuman mentioned. The fabric type bras that fit over the front of the car don't look good IMO and you need to remove them periodically to clean underneath or they can damage your paint.

Not sure if it's just certain colors of modern Honda paint, but my S2000's paint is very soft/easy to mar (same with my old milano red RSX). I'm very careful with my wash and dry techniques and I still get micro-marring. I would never run a fabric bra on any car personally, but would advise even more against it on something with clearcoat that marred easily. Any dirt + any rubbing (which is going to happen on the fabric ones, often) and I could see it turning into light scratch city.
