Does anyone use a bra?

I'm looking at taking a fairly long trip with my stook, about 400 miles 1 way. I've done the drive many times with my previous car, mustang GT, and I know I got most of my front paint chips from this trip. So, I was thinking about putting a bra on the stook, just for the trip, in order to protect against this. I will take the bra off as soon as I reach my destination and after I get back from the trip. Has anyone else used a bra on their stook? If so, what brand and have you had any problems with it...fit, flapping, etc.?

yup, I used one (loaned by another S2000 owner) during the first drive back from the dealer (from Clovis, NM to Austin, TX). Works fine, make sure you put it on correctly though or else, it will flap around! This means you _must_ squeeze it inbetween the body and the black plastic fender wells - pulling it apart a hair to cram it in there.

Ask Rob at TopNotch (sponsor at the bottom of the page) for info on the Colgan bra for the s2000, but if you have the front spoiler, then it will not work.

I use the Colgan (purchased from TopNotch) when I go on long trips. Problem is, I don't like to put it on unless the car is clean. Sometimes I don't get around to cleaing the car before I have to go on a long trip so I don't end up using it much. I already have a few chips due to my laziness.

The bra works fairly well. I wouldn't call it a perfect fit, but not bad and it doesn't balloon too much at (slightly excessive) highway speeds.

Same as above. If I am going on a trip for the weekend I will use the bra. I don't use it around town or at least not until the "critters" come out and make that great splatter pattern on the front grill

I use my Colgan bra quite often after cleaning the car, mostly for my commute. It serves the purpose well. I've had some balooning problems and have fixed it somewhat by keeping the bra stretched over the headlights. I've put a small spacer between the rearmost hook and the fender liner attachment which is just enough to prevent the balooning. It's a little time consuming to put it on, but after doing it a couple of times, isn't bad. The front of my car still looks like new.
