i am starting to lose my hair (i can tell cuz when i take a shower i see strands of hair on the tub).

i am worried that top down will make me lose even more hair. will it?!

i heard sun/wind is not good for the balders =)...what yall think?

 

Wear a hat... Or just accept that you're going bald and live it up! I don't THINK top down assists in hair coming out though.

I would modify that to say, keep a hat in the car if you are bald.

 

If anything, getting your hair tousled is better for your hair and scalp than letting it sit pat. Going bald? Time for Propecia!
