Default Does ti knobs fade?

I just got a Spoon Ti knob and it has a gradual blue from the top. Does this blue ever turn back to silver?

If so how do I get it to look like new again?

It shouldn't change color, the blue coloring is from heat and really can't fade. If it ever does, just hit it with a torch.

If I were to retorch it, will it have the nice graduation? Or will it look like I torched it?

It corrodes the color from the swear and oils on your hand, right? Maybe a clear coat before using will keep it looking like new forever.

it will fade. i have the T1R knob and it had a light blue look and became silver.

and then i went to AJR and dickson torched it for me again. he said he had to heat it up to an insane amount of heat, and it takes hours to cool down.

the knob will gradually change colours from silver, to gold, to purple, to blue.

make sure not to put it in water to cool it down because then there will be water marks on it.

my lovely T1R knob is now has a "chrome blue" look to it, i love it.
