seat heaters were installed on my seats and the leather looks a bit like that. prob a function of them having to take it apart and put it back together.

Try readjusting the seat cover to get tighter.

I had the bolster replaced on mine at 9k miles. I had the same problem as you. Mine came out OK but it sure looks like someone had a "heavy" knee on it for a while. I notice that it's wrinkled behind the knee-mark also. It doesn't look right at all. I don't know why someone would do that because to do that job, you have to take the seat out and work it on a bench. I would say take it back!

That's my tactic. Every time they don't fix something properly, I bring it back in for that and one or two more things until they can get it right.

check ebay. there are tons of seat pics on there. and wouldn't a day in the heat make it tighter?

well the leather is just not right at all
not slightly loose but very loose as you can see right where it ends
