My leather looks like that on the edges...I have 82K on my car so its probably a bit worse than yours.

But I am not worried about it, the seats still work like they are supposed to and look decent...I am not entering a car show any time soon so I just keep the leather conditioned and drive the car.

 

mine looks like that, only in the driver's seat. 45k miles; it was like that when i bought it at 37,5. actually, my seat bottom looks like that, but not the part inbetween the bottom and the back.
