Don't want to spent $200+ on an intake duct?
Alot might care about the bling factor and get some carbon kevlar intake duct offered from spoon or whoever else. But why spent $200+ when you can get the job done for around $15 and a couple hrs of work?
What you need :
Socket rench
10mm socket
Drill
2" duct
It's a very simple job. All you need to do it's to drill a 2" hole on the bumper and same at the side of the airbox. Here's the result

cut out the plastic wall, block the original intake duct, use 3" piping, and get a k&n
and k&n will be my next step.

the plastic wall will be cut off. I've got both 3" and 2" piping, but only the 2" will fit

Take a look at your airbox again. Once you put on your lid, your newly plumbed in air can't get to the airfilter. That dividing wall is stopping it.

Lets not focus on the dividing wall.
You mentioned NOTHING about doing anything with that dividing wall. How the fvck would I know you even considered it? With that wall in place, your little mod is COMPLETELY USELESS. I was thinking I was doing YOU a favour. I guess I won't make that mistake again.
JESUS H. ####ING CHRIST, you try to help somebody and you get shit on. You're on your own from here on in, dyckwad! You're about to be IGNORED! I got no time or patience for somebody like you.
