Default Down springs????

Recently I change my stock rims with SSR GT1 17'', the next step was to change the springs.
For the springs I chose the RS-R down springs (RS-R 30-H500).They are very confortable
in the strait line and corners but I am very disapointed when I accelerate hard especially in the change off the second gear, the car goes side ways (in the vteck). They told me that there are soft springs hard and mediun I don't know if that is true any way the dealer here told me that he order the medium for me .I am thinking of ordering the hard one ,what is your opinion for the best down springs.

That loss of traction is most likely caused by the negative camber created by lowering the rear ride height. Did you get the car aligned after the spring install?

vassosva,

I am sure glagola1 is correct about the alignment.

Do a sear for the U.K. alignment specs. I lowered my car and have it aligned very close to these specs and I am very happy with the handling.

The U.K. specs call for a bit more camber. This makes the car more stable in the turns. I do not have these specs in front of me. If you search, you will certainly find many threads on the subject.
