Default THE DRAMA CONTINUES

Well many may remember the post DC_AP1 JUST COOPERATE well guess what more drama unfolds. After all that drama he has now dissappeared on me once again after I find out that the package wasn't even half way insured. It was not insured at all so UPS sent a check for 132.00 or something around there 32.00 for shipping and 1 hundred for what UPS automaticallly insures. Well I have seen nothing from DC_AP1 and he won't respond to pm's so he first got me for 1900.00 and now just made it an even 2000.00 wow. Once again I still have all proof and pms between us and am really confused as to what I should do. Any suggestions?THE LEGENDARY TOPIC

I'm not sure, you would need to call a lawyer and ask. I'm not usually one to tell someone to go to court and sue, but from what I remember from the old thread it seems like you've exhausted all other options. If you feel he was in the wrong, then call up a lawyer and see what alternatives you have by going through the court system. good luck.

They sent the $132 to him? I am trying to figure out how you came up with the $2000.

The S2k was sold and Now I own an Evo 8, UPS sent the check to him because he was the shipper, so what is supposed to happen is the seller files the claim with UPS, UPS tells the seller to reimburse the buyer, then UPS reimburses the seller.

About the only thing you can really do is notify your local police and then notify HIS local police as to the scam. Then you wait and see.
