As far lower back support...

On the seat backrest, between the side bolsters and the actual centre back part, you are able to slide your hands in and under the centre back section. If you put a little bit more padding in here, you can tailor the set to fit your back, and offer a little more support.

My description may be a little unclear, but you will probably work it out.

Well, they were out of state tickets which I believe were not reported to Illinois... I was driving with 4 other cars that decided we should not fall under an average of 120 mph so yeah... that was to be expected

3M Clear bar it will cost you 550$ for the bumper, mirrors, fenders and hood.
Its worth the cost, and piece of mind.

The 3M blue painters tape won't help with anything more than bugs. I tried it.

i drive my s2k from nj to va every weekend... about a 6 hour drive... The ass hurts a little bit from the long drive.. you will have a lot of bugs on the front of your car. Also, if you hit traffic.. that would obviously suck.. dc traffic is the worse.. 66 and 495

I drove my S from Nashville to Marathon Key, in Fl. 16 hours 1 way and a little over 1000 miles one way. Just get a bra for it. I have one that I use just for road trips. It sure saved my ass from bugs and rock chips galor. But I was comfortable riding/driving. The only complaint was that I couldn't get comfy so that I could sleep in the passenger seat. If you are taking a passenger with you they may bitch more about it cause mine sure did. As long as its sotck it will be a great ride. I have learned that making the trips at night you get to avoid the traffic and you cna drive a little faster than you probalby should. We were doing 85 mph average the entire way there.

Florida is great. Florida in a convertible is awesome. I worked in Tampa last summer and took my Miata. Loved it.

Oh, and stop tailgating the car in front of you.
