Anyone know about this leg brace that goes on the driver's door? Is it available in the US? Does it actually do anything -besides covering up the speaker?

Thanks for any info.

That's pretty sweet. I had a bruised spot on my knee after 5 autocross runs.

It's a Japanese item. I've seen it for sale on Japanese web sites for the S2000. I don't know how much a yen is these days and really have know need for a pad. I guess if you race you might need one. Looks like a job for Rick Hesel to me.

Unless its reversible, it won't mount as-intended in a LHD car. If they made it only for Japan, you're probably going to have to wait for that as a new Rick Hesel accessory.

I would buy it just to keep my knee off the speaker. A little space is all you need to keep the sound from dying.
