Default Driver's seat cushion/bolster

A quick question about the seat's in the s2000. As most of us already know, the s2000's seats have a tendency to wear out very quickly in certain areas - esp. the driver's side bolster. So, I was wondering if the just the seat cushion itself could be replaced and if so, does replacing the cushion mean replacing the bolster as well? (is it one piece?)

I've been very anal about the way I get in and out of my car since I've owned it but it just seems like no matter how careful I am, the side bolster keeps getting worse...

Any input is appreciated! Thanks.

you can replace the foam, but you need new skin if it's cracked badly.

You can't switch bolsters from drive to passenger, since there is a metal bar support on one side only.

I take my wallet out of my back pocket when I drive. I noticed that it puts a lot of pressure on the bolster.

I think it was cyclone (the owner of JPM accessories) who rebuilt the foam of the bolster when reupholstering the seat.

Ours has a metal bar support on the entry bolster side only.

To keep your bolster looking unused I use the following in/out method, when I get into the car, I'm facing adjecent to the driver seat, I then sit(fall) down into the seat with my feet still on the concrete.

I then swivel my body into the car.
