Default Dropped socket under soft top?

So I was removing my hard top and brackets when I dropped my socket under the soft top. Is there a way to get it out without removing the softtop completely? I apologize if I didn't use the search function. Wouldn't know how to word it honestly

If it doesn't reappear when the top is raised, you may have to remove the side trim that covers your rear latches if that is the area it fell into..

Take a picture of the area in which you dropped it.

It goes pretty deep in there at an angle towards the door. A $2 telescoping magnet from the parts store should fish it out no problem.
