"Dually" s2000
Gee, I wonder why Ferrari, McLaren, Honda and other racing teams haven't considered the "advantages" of having a 'dually' 4-rear-wheel setup.
It's a real shocker as to why NO sportscar manufacturer IN THE WORLD has ever produced a car like this, considering the amazing handling characteristics you cite.
They should fire their engineers.
And hire you.

Actually you are probably better off purchasing a dually pickup, stripping it down to the frame, lowering it, chopping your S into pieces (someone will buy your engine, tranny, rear diff, wheels etc) and combining the two into your own custom street rod....
Jesse James might be able to help you.

)[Cliff Claven] It is a little known fact that back in the late 80's and early 90's, that a company did come out with "duallies" for sports cars. That company boasted better performance, better handling, better ride characteristics, better fuel economy, "cool" looks and "uniqueness". They even had a special line of tires made to go on these wheels. Their display went on the car show circuit for a couple of years. Needless to say, this concept never took hold. It was considered too goofy then and well, it's still too goofy now. [/Cliff Claven]

I practically busted a gut reading that one, x
Alright well correct me if I'm wrong but just like wider rims, more tire on the ground means better traction, doesn't it? So then having twice the tire on the ground means a lot more traction. That's the reason for my question. Sorry if I was hoping for some constructive comments rather than jokes about what I smoke. Thank you to the few of you who actually gave reasons for me being wrong. If I knew everything I wouldn't be on here asking questions.
Enzos come with 13" rear, 9" front tires by the way. Maybe just huge rims are the way to go, but it would seem dangerous to me to stretch the rubber like that. What do I know though.
