The Maintence required sign flashes when i turn the car on .a few times can this be indication for oil change or something else? Imm take it to honda dealer but if it can be oil then ill ge tthe oil changed first before taking it.

 

It flashes every 4000 miles or so to remind you to change the oil and so fourth. There is a simple procedure to easily reset it when the maintenance is complete.

28k miles. it flashes a few times then shuts off i chked the oil and its fine .... shoudl i just take it to honda or could it be somethign else? How do u reset it?

 

It tells you in your owners manual how to reset it.

 

but there is no oil change needed so y could it flash?

 

Whoever, changed the oil last may have forgot to reset it.
