Default Dying my seat

There is a YouTube video in S2Ki that shows how to repair a leather seat using enamel paint and lacquer thinner. I follow the video except that I use canned paint instead of spray paint. The repair will not make the wrinkles completely disappear but it makes them less visible quite substantially. I am satisfied with the result and it only costs me $10.

Here are the before and after pictures.

Nice work. Please report back how well it lasts in 6 months!

Here is how it looks like after 48 hours. I have applied Meguian's Gold conditioner to keep it moisturized. It is indeed a significant improvement. The color has been restored but the creases. I will report back a few months from now.

Yes they are, only available in 2008 and 2009.

I would not attempt to repair my own seat, especially with paint. Hope it works out for you though.

Thanks but I use a company called Fibrenew, would not want to mess up an expensive seat cover.
