Default Easier To drive?

I have had an exhaust on my car for a month and have noticed a couple of things. I noticed that the car is easier to drive, shifts happen smoother and engaging first gear is twice as smooth. Is this something that everyone has noticed after putting on an exhaust? Or am i being paranoid by thinking my clutch is slipping. I have tested it by putting it in 3rd at 30 mph and flooring it to see if there is any slippage and the rpm's and mph's seem to raise hand in hand. Hope u guys can clear my conscience, I would hate to be hurting my baby.

You "might" get slightly better throttle response but I don't see how an exhaust will affect the way the car's tranny works. After I put on my exhaust, I felt nothing of the sort. I think you may either be imagining it or something else has changed with your car that you've overlooked.
