Default ebay headers?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MEGAN-RACIN...sspagenameZWDVW

Hey guys what do you think of these headers. My first choice is Toda but looking at these china made headers they look like the same design of the Toda. Anyone runing these china made headers? And has anyone ever dyno these things.

Check the Megan racing website, I think they may have a dyno. What makes you say they are made in China? I thought Megan Racing products were made locally (CA), but I could be wrong,

OTOH, why don't you consider the Berk Technology header? They have a great GB going on right now in the GB forum at an amazing price.

The Megan is supposed to be a very good header, however as far as I have read in the Forums there has not been any independant Dynos done, so the gains are what they claim I just bought the Berk one because of the great GB ($399.00 for S.S. $479.00 for Hipercoat + shipping) They also have a deal that you can buy their test pipe for $99.00 & they don't charge any additional shipping.

the reason im looking at the Toda header is for the hondata flash. 20whp. If megan or berk or any of the ebay headers are the same Im looking at saving 500 dollars!!.

I have talked to someone that has the Megan header and he is quite satisfied. Says that he can feel it with the butt dyno. Says that is flows more freely and throttle response is improved.

I think the test pipe has more to do with the 20 HP than the aftermarket header being specifically the Toda. But that's the header Hondata did their dyno tests with to make the 20Hp, so that's why they list that specific header. They can't make the claim with other headers since they didn't test them all. Contact Church Automotive Testing in Wilmington, CA and check with him. He has experience with the Hondata reflash.
