Is the pic linked to your hosting site, or did they take the whole thing? If you're hosting, have some fun with them by changing the pic. If you're not, then email ebay and tell them what's up. They should take the auction down for you.

I remember someone doing that in the past and it was pretty rude what he put in place. I say email ebay to get him to take it down.

I emailed them. Just to let them know that using your pic is definetly not cool especially without asking. Also that there price is crazy. Evolution has them for 620 shipped.
