Swapping out the oem seats for racing seats, even the more DD friendly reclinable racing seats will also save weight.

I still don't know if a fix has been made yet for people with 06+ seats to put in racing seats.

Lightweight exhaust system, spare and tools removal, lightweight 16 inch tires and mags, lightweigh seats, lose the AC(useless if you have the top down IMHO)
I think that's the best compromise for a daily driver. Maybe lose 130 pounds and notice but you won't notice that big of a difference. Add to that another 20HP at the crank and then it will be worth it.
260HP and 2650 pounds. That is not unrealistic and shouldn't destroy your budget and daily-drive ability.

rip out the fire wall, take out the carpeting, remove one seat, take out the A/C system, remove trunk lining, replace the OEM exhaust, take out the spare and tools.. should be able to save 100+ pounds
