I a bit confused. You say you sold the S because you need out of a car payment before you go "upside down" on it...but then you talk about building turbo cars and perhaps buying a Porsche to replace the S?

How far were you from paying the S2K off? I tell you what it's the best sports car to own payment free! Easy to keep maintained yourself.

I'm proof that there is life after S2K-death. You'll be back.

I have a strong sense of admiration and loyalty toward Honda as a company and more so toward the lineage/heritage of the "TRADITIONAL" S-car. I'm lucky to be a live in an era where the traditional S-car design was re-designed and released. My thanks to Soichiro and Uehara... So with that said, I'm never selling my S2000.

Never...

As much as I love the S2000 it was slightly too small for me. Maybe with an aftermarket seat or the backyard special lowered seat rails it would be better, but I would like to be able to get a little further away from the wheel and lower in the car I'm not super tall by any means, but I think 6 feet tall is right at the limit, any one taller than me must be pretty uncomfortable in the car I would think.

[QUOTE]I a bit confused.

^Ok, I see where you're going. Ideally though...get yourself a toy you can keep a long time and enjoy...pay it off early...no more carpayments...no more worrying about it loosing value.

If you think the S almost sent you upside down on a loan.... here is my best advice DO NOT BUY A BOXSTER UNTIL YOU CAN PAY CASH.

One day soon you'll wish for an S again, just like that smokin' hot girlfriend you had for a few months back in the day. We've all been there, done that.
