Engine Blown Help!
good luck. just keep raising hell. and def talk to a lawyer. if they start to screw you on anything just tell them to talk to your lawyer and leave. just turn around and walk out, and they will prob stop you because they dont want to deal with a lawsuit. also it shouldnt be a problem no matter because you do have the 100k warrenty
I would consult a lawyer first if anything. Honestly, I do believe that you have a warranty here, since it's not even been 3 to 4 days since the engine blew that your dealer last touched it... Should be covered for up to 30 days... Keep us posted, and the best of luck to you!
In all honesty, I would speak to the lawyer first. Because if you do take it to a 3rd party first, and that person does anything noticeable at all to the car, the dealer could say "well why is this like this? we don't do this and it looks like you have taken it somewhere else, and now since someone else has tampered with it, we're not going to cover it!!!" They are going to be looking for any reason to wiggle out of it. If they have any idea that they were not the last people to touch the car, them covering it is all out the window.
I'm not saying that it shouldn't go to a 3rd party, but I am saying that if you talk with a lawyer, they will be able to lay out your steps for recourse before any mistakes are made.
Best of luck.
